  "text": "For the purposes of information to be provided under Articles 3 and 4, the specific energy consumption class shall be determined in accordance with the table set out in Annex II. The specific energy consumption, the annual electricity consumption, the annual heating saved, the maximum flow rate and the sound power level shall be determined in accordance with measurement and calculation methods as set out in Annex VIII, and take into account recognised state-of-the-art measurement and calculation methods.",
