Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008 is amended as follows:
(1) the entry relating to Israel is amended as follows:
(a) point 3 is replaced by the following:
‘3.
Production standard: Law for the Regulation of Organic Produce, 5765-2005, and its relevant Regulations’;
(b) in point 5, the row for IL-ORG-005 is deleted;
(2) in the entry relating to Tunisia, point 5 is replaced by the following:
