# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1287/2014 of 28 November 2014 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, points (2) and (3) of Article 1 shall apply from 24 December 2014.
