1.

Export licences for out-of-quota sugar for which applications were lodged from 24 to 28 November 2014 shall be issued for the quantities applied for, multiplied by an acceptance percentage of 30,097818 %.

2.

Applications for export licences for out-of-quota sugar submitted on 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 December 2014 are hereby rejected.

3.

The lodging of applications for export licences for out-of-quota sugar shall be suspended for the period 8 December 2014 to 30 September 2015.
