1.

By way of derogation from the second paragraph of Article 3, substances subject to Article 1, classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and placed on the market before 1 June 2015 shall not be required to be relabelled and repackaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended by this Regulation, until 31 December 2015.

By way of derogation from the second paragraph of Article 3, mixtures subject to Article 1, classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Councilf1 or Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and placed on the market before 1 June 2015 shall not be required to be relabelled and repackaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended by this Regulation, until 31 December 2015.
