Where F2the CAA grants an exemption from the requirements of this Annex in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, the F3CAA shall record the exemption. It shall retain those records as provided for in point (b)(6) of point CAO.B.020.
