  "text": "In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013, the test reports issued on the basis of OECD Codes set out in Annex II to this Regulation shall be recognised for the purpose of EU type approval as an alternative to the test report issued on the basis of this Regulation.",
