  "text": "Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 798/2008 is amended as follows:\n(1) Part 1 is amended as follows:\n(a) the entry for ‘Israel — IL’ is replaced by the following:\n‘\nIL — Israel (6)\nIL-0\nWhole country\nSPF\nBPR, BBP, DOR, DOC, HER, HEP, SRP\nN\nA\nS5, ST1\nPOU, RAT\nWGM\nVIII\nEP, E\nS4\n’\n(b) the entry for ‘ZA — South Africa’ is replaced by the following:\n‘\nZA — South Africa\nZA-0\nWhole country\nSPF\nEP, E\nS4\nBPR\nI\nP2\n9.4.2011\nA\nDOR\nII\nHER\nIII\nRAT\nVII\nP2\nH\n9.4.2011\nA\n’\n(c) the following footnote is added:\n‘(6)\nHereafter understood as the State of Israel, excluding the territories under Israeli administration since June 1967, namely the Golan Heights, the Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank.’\n(2) Part 2 is amended as follows:\n(a) in section ‘Specific conditions’, the following shall be added after specific condition ‘L’:\n“H” ‘Guarantees have been provided that meat of farmed ratites for human consumption (RAT) is obtained from ratites coming from a registered closed ratite holding approved by the third country’s competent authority. In case of a HPAI outbreak, imports of such meat may still be authorised, if it is obtained from ratites coming from a registered closed ratite holding free of HPAI and where within a radius of 100 km around that holding, including, where applicable, the territory of a neighbouring country, there has been no outbreak of HPAI for at least the last 30 days and where there has been no epidemiological link to a ratite or poultry holding in which the presence of HPAI has been detected within the last 30 days.’\n(b) the model veterinary certificate for meat of farmed ratites for human consumption (RAT) shall be replaced by the following:\n‘ Model veterinary certificate for meat of farmed ratites for human consumption (RAT) ’",
