1.

The structure and content of the annual report referred to in Article 32(2) of Regulation (EU) No 228/2013 shall be as set out in Annex IX to this Regulation.

2.

The report referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted to the Commission in accordance with Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1183 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1185.
