  "text": "Conformity of the products with the requirements laid down in Article 9(2) of Regulation (EU) No 229/2013 shall be examined no later than the stage of first marketing, in accordance with the standards or practices in force in the Union.\nWhere a product is considered not to meet the requirements laid down in Article 9(2) of Regulation (EU) No 229/2013, its entitlement under the specific supply arrangements shall be withdrawn and the corresponding quantity shall be reattributed to the forecast supply balance.\nWhere aid has been granted in accordance with Article 3 of this Regulation, the aid shall be reimbursed.",
