1.

The Commission shall be assisted by a committee (the ‘DCI committee’). That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.

2.

An observer from the EIB shall take part in the DCI committee's proceedings with regard to questions concerning the EIB.
