# Regulation (EU) No 235/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 establishing a financing instrument for democracy and human rights worldwide, Article 8: Committee

The Commission shall be assisted by a Democracy and Human Rights Committee. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
