Article 13 Financial reference amount

1.

The financial reference amount for the implementation of this Regulation over the period 2014 to 2020 shall be EUR 225 321 000.

2.

Annual appropriations shall be authorised by the European Parliament and Council within the limits of the multiannual financial framework.
