  "text": "Member States shall involve relevant partners in the preparation of the progress reports on implementation of the Partnership Agreement referred to in Article 52 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, in particular concerning the assessment of the role of partners in the implementation of the Partnership Agreement and the overview of the opinions given by the partners during the consultation, including, where appropriate, the description of the way in which the opinions of partners have been taken into account.",
