# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 240/2014 of 7 January 2014 on the European code of conduct on partnership in the framework of the European Structural and Investment Funds, Article 9: Information on the involvement of relevant partners in programmes

Member States The relevant authority shall provide for programmes at least the following information:
(a)the actions taken to involve the relevant partners in the preparation of the programmes and their amendments;
(b)the planned actions to ensure the participation of the partners in the implementation of the programmes.
