  "text": "1. This Regulation lays down rules on the definition, description, presentation and labelling of aromatised wine products as well as on the protection of geographical indications of aromatised wine products.\n2. Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 shall apply to the presentation and labelling of aromatised wine products, save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.\n3. This Regulation shall apply to all aromatised wine products placed on the market in Great Britain whether produced in Great Britain, in Northern Ireland or in third countries, as well as to those produced in Great Britain for export.",
