The Secretary of State may, on the Secretary of State's own initiative or at the duly substantiated request of ... a third country or of a natural or legal person having a legitimate interest, decide... to cancel the protection of a geographical indication if compliance with the corresponding product specification is no longer ensured. ...
Articles 14 to 16 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
