Article 17 Transitional measures

Article 6 of Decision No 1926/2006/EC shall continue to apply to actions covered by that Decision which have not been completed by 31 December 2013. Therefore, financial allocation for the Programme may also cover technical and administrative assistance expenses necessary to ensure the transition between the measures adopted under Decision No 1926/2006/EC and the Programme.

If necessary, appropriations may be entered in the budget beyond 31 December 2020 to cover expenses provided for in Article 9, to enable the management of actions not completed by 31 December 2020.
