  "text": "Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 is amended as follows:\n(1) The tabel in point (l) of Part C, is replaced by the following table:\nE 450 (ix) is not included’\n‘E-number\nName\nE 338\nPhosphoric acid\nE 339\nSodium phosphates\nE 340\nPotassium phosphates\nE 341\nCalcium phosphates\nE 343\nMagnesium phosphates\nE 450\nDiphosphates\nE451\nTriphosphates\nE 452\nPolyphosphates\n(2) Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 is amended as follows:\n(a) In category 06.2.1 ‘Flours’, the following entry is inserted after the entry E 338 - 452:\n‘\nE 450 (ix)\nMagnesium dihydrogen diphosphate\n15 000\n(4)(81)\nOnly self raising flour\n(81) the total amount of phosphates shall not exceed the maximum level for E 338 - 452\n’\n(b) In category 06.5 ‘Noodles’, the following entry is inserted after the entry E 338 - 452:\n‘\nE 450 (ix)\nMagnesium dihydrogen diphosphate\n2 000\n(4)(81)\n(81) the total amount of phosphates shall not exceed the maximum level for E 338 - 452\n’\n(c) In category 06.6 ‘Batters’, the following entry is inserted after the entry for E 338 - 452:\n‘\nE 450 (ix)\nMagnesium dihydrogen diphosphate\n12 000\n(4)(81)\n(81) the total amount of phosphates shall not exceed the maximum level for E 338 - 452\n’\n(d) In category 07.1 ‘Bread and rolls’, the following entry is inserted after the entry for E 338 - 452:\n‘\nE 450 (ix)\nMagnesium dihydrogen diphosphate\n15 000\n(4)(81)\nOnly pizza dough (frozen or chilled) and “tortilla”\n’\n(e) In category 07.2 ‘Fine bakery ware’, the following entry is inserted after the entry for E 338 - 452:\n‘\nE 450 (ix)\nMagnesium dihydrogen diphosphate\n15 000\n(4)(81)\n(81) the total amount of phosphates shall not exceed the maximum level for E 338 - 452\n’",
