  "text": "1. The UNECE regulations and amendments thereto set out in Annex I to this Regulation shall apply to type approval.\n2. References to vehicle categories L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6 and L7 in the UNECE regulations shall be understood as references to vehicle categories L1e, L2e, L3e, L4e, L5e, L6e and L7e respectively under this Regulation, including any sub-categories.\n3. Vehicles with a maximum design vehicle speed of ≤ 25 km/h shall meet all the relevant requirements of UNECE regulations applying to vehicles with a maximum vehicle design speed of > 25 km/h.",
