# Regulation (EU) No 332/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 on certain procedures for applying the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, Article 15: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 September 2013. However, Articles 2, 3 and 4 shall apply from 1 February 2010.
