# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 340/2014 of 1 April 2014 amending Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 as regards certain rules on public intervention in respect of certain agricultural products, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Division C: The List of Annexes to Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 is amended as follows:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Part V of Annex I is replaced by the following:
‘Reference method for determining matter other than basic cereals of unimpaired quality in the case of maize’
(2) Part X of Annex I is deleted.
