  "text": "Where it finds that there is sufficient evidence of failure to comply with the conditions set out in Article 2, the Commission may adopt implementing acts in order to suspend temporarily in whole or in part the preferential arrangements provided for in this Regulation. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 6(2).",
