  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 381/2014\nof 14 April 2014\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 of 5 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine, and in particular Article 14(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 5 March 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 208/2014.\n(2)\nAdditional persons should be included in the list of persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014.\n(3)\nIn addition, the identifying information for three persons listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 should be amended.\n(4)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
