# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 405/2014 of 23 April 2014 approving lauric acid as an existing active substance for use in biocidal products for product-type 19 (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

Lauric acid shall be approved as an active substance for use in biocidal products for product-type 19, subject to the specifications and conditions set out in the Annex.
