Article 4 Validity of import licences for the quota period 2014F1

1.

Import licences shall be valid from the first day of their issue until 31 December 2014.

2.

Without prejudice to Article 8(1) of Regulation (EC) No 376/2008, rights deriving from the licences may be transferred only to transferees satisfying the eligibility conditions set out in Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006.
