# Council Regulation (EU) No 432/2014 of 22 April 2014 amending Regulation (EU) No 43/2014 as regards certain fishing opportunities, Article 2: Entry into force and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2014.
However,
(a) point 3 of Article 1 shall apply from 4 May 2014; and
(b) point 8 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 February 2014.
