  "text": "1. An IPA II beneficiary which has been entrusted budget implementation tasks of IPA II assistance shall be responsible for conducting evaluations of the programmes it manages.\n2. The IPA II beneficiary shall draw up an evaluation plan presenting the evaluation activities which it intends to carry out in the different phases of the implementation.",
