Division ART.105 Alternative means of compliance

The F1CAA shall evaluate all alternative means of compliance proposed by third country operators in accordance with TCO.105(b) by analysing the documentation provided and, if considered necessary, conducting an inspection of the third country operator.

When the CAA finds that the alternative means of compliance are in accordance with Part-TCO it shall without undue delay notify the applicant that the alternative means of compliance may be implemented and, if applicable, amend the authorisation of the applicant accordingly.
