# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 484/2014 of 12 May 2014 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the hypothetical capital of a central counterparty according to Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Article 5: Entry into force and date of application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 2 June 2014, except for Article 1(3), Article 2(3) and Article 3, which shall apply from 1 January 2015.
