# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 499/2014 of 11 March 2014 supplementing Regulations (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council by amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/2011 relating to the fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors, Article 3: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 1(6) and (7) and Article 2 shall apply from 1 January 2014.
Article 1(9) shall apply from 1 October 2014.
Article 1(3) and (4) shall apply from 1 January 2015.
