  "text": "The competent authorities of the home Member State shall provide information to the competent authorities of a host Member State regarding any situation in respect of which the competent authorities of the home Member State have determined that an institution has not complied with applicable large exposures limits and requirements laid down in Part Four of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. The information to be provided shall explain the situation and the supervisory measures taken or planned to be taken.",
