# Regulation (EU) No 540/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on the sound level of motor vehicles and of replacement silencing systems, and amending Directive 2007/46/EC and repealing Directive 70/157/EEC (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2.5: Meteorological instrumentation

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The meteorological instrumentation used to monitor the environmental conditions during the test shall include the following devices, which meet at least the accuracies listed below:
temperature measuring device, ± 1 °C;
wind speed-measuring device, ± 1,0 m/s;
barometric pressure measuring device, ± 5 hPa;
a relative humidity measuring device, ± 5 %.
