Division 2 The States Representatives Group shall meet at least twice a year. The meetings shall be convened by its chairperson. The chairperson of the Governing Board and the Executive Director or their representatives shall attend the meetings.

The chairperson of the States Representatives Group may invite other persons to attend its meetings as observers, in particular representatives of regional authorities within the Union and representatives of SME associations.
