Division 4 The resources of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking entered in its budget shall be composed of the following contributions:

  1. (a)

    Members’ financial contributions to the administrative costs;

  2. (b)

    Members’ and Associated Partners’ financial contributions to the operational costs;

  3. (c)

    any revenue generated by the IMI2 Joint Undertaking;

  4. (d)

    other financial contributions, resources and revenues.

Any interest yielded by the contributions paid to the IMI2 Joint Undertaking by its Members and Associated Partners shall be considered to be its revenue.
