- 1The Members of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking shall be:

- 3Division 3
- 4Division 4
- 5Associated Partners shall contribute in the same manner as Members other than the Union to the IMI2 Joint Undertaking’s operational costs, in accordance with Article 13 of these Statutes.
