# Council Regulation (EU) No 557/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 5: Associated Partners shall contribute in the same manner as Members other than the Union to the IMI2 Joint Undertaking’s operational costs, in accordance with Article 13 of these Statutes.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The letter of endorsement shall detail the Associated Partners’ contribution to IMI2 Joint Undertaking, that the Union will match, in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of this Regulation.
