The IMI2 Joint Undertaking Governing Board shall adopt rules for the prevention and management of conflicts of interest in respect of its Members, Associated Partners, bodies and staff. Those rules shall contain provisions intended to avoid conflict of interest in respect of the representatives of the Members serving in the Governing Board.
