# Council Regulation (EU) No 557/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 1

Any application to become a Member or an Associated Partner of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking shall be addressed to the Governing Board. In the case of application to become a Member, the application shall be accompanied by a proposal to adapt the composition of the Governing Board.
