Division Article 6 Functioning of the Governing Board

  1. 1Without prejudice to paragraph 2, each Member shall have a percentage out of 100 voting rights corresponding to the percentage of its contribution to the IMI2 Joint Undertaking.
  2. 2The Governing Board shall hold its ordinary meetings at least twice a year. It may hold extraordinary meetings at the request of any Member or at the request of the chairperson. The meetings of the Governing Board shall be convened by its chairperson and shall normally take place at the seat of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking.
