# Council Regulation (EU) No 557/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2: The Executive Director shall be a member of staff and shall be engaged as a temporary agent of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking under point (a) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the purpose of concluding the contract of the Executive Director, the IMI2 Joint Undertaking shall be represented by the chairperson of the Governing Board.
