  1. 1The Executive Director shall report annually to the Governing Board on the performance of the duties of the Executive Director in accordance with the financial rules of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking.

  3. 3By 1 March of the following financial year, the accounting officer of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking shall send the provisional accounts to the Commission’s accounting officer and the Court of Auditors.
