# Council Regulation (EU) No 558/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2

The Core Partners and their relevant affiliates shall be selected through an open, non-discriminatory and competitive call and subject to an independent evaluation. Calls shall be driven by the need for key capabilities to implement the programme. They shall be published on the Clean Sky website and communicated through the States Representatives Group and other channels in order to ensure the widest possible participation.
