Division Article 6 Composition of the Governing Board

The Governing Board shall be composed of the following:

1. (a)

   one representative of the Commission on behalf of the Union;

2. (b)

   one representative of each Leader;

3. (c)

   one representative of Core Partners per ITD;

4. (d)

   one representative of Associates per ITD;

5. (e)

   one representative of Core Partners per IADP.
