Division Article 9 Appointment, dismissal or extension of the term of office of the Executive Director

- 1The Executive Director shall be appointed by the Governing Board from a list of candidates proposed by the Commission following an open and transparent selection procedure. The Commission shall associate the representation from private members in the selection procedure as appropriate.
- 2The Executive Director shall be a member of staff and shall be employed as a temporary agent of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking under point (a) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment.
