# Council Regulation (EU) No 558/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The term of office of the Executive Director shall be three years. By the end of that period, the Commission associating the private members as appropriate shall undertake an assessment of the performance of the Executive Director and the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking’s future tasks and challenges.
