Article 8 Privileges and immunities

The Protocol No 7 on the privileges and immunities of the European Union, annexed to the Treaty on Euroepan Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, shall apply to the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking and its staff.
