Division 5 The States Representatives Group may, on its own initiative, issue recommendations or proposals to the Governing Board on technical, managerial and financial matters as well as on annual plans, in particular when those matters affect national or regional interests.
United Kingdom
The Governing Board shall inform the States Representatives Group without undue delay of the follow up it has given to such recommendations or proposals, or it shall give reasons if they are not followed up.
