  "text": "The administrative costs of the FCH 2 Joint Undertaking shall not exceed EUR 38 000 000 and shall be covered through financial contributions divided on an annual basis between the Union and the Members other than the Union. The Union shall contribute 50 %, the Industry Grouping 43 % and the Research Grouping 7 %. If part of the contribution for administrative costs is not used, it may be made available to cover the operational costs of the FCH 2 Joint Undertaking.",
