  "text": "The Members of the FCH 2 Joint Undertaking shall be:\n(a) the Union, represented by the Commission,\n(b) upon acceptance of these Statutes by means of a letter of endorsement, the New Energy World Industry Grouping AISBL, a non-profit organisation established under Belgian Law (registration number: 890 025 478) with its permanent office in Brussels, Belgium (the ‘Industry Grouping’), and\n(c) upon acceptance of these Statutes by means of a letter of endorsement, the New European Research Grouping on Fuel Cells and Hydrogen AISBL, a non-profit organisation established under Belgian Law (registration number: 0897.679.372) with its permanent office in Brussels, Belgium (the ‘Research Grouping’).\nConstituent entities are the entities that constitute each Member of the FCH 2 Joint Undertaking other than the Union, according to that Member’s Statutes.",
